By using DesignXcnc, you agree to abide by these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Services Offered

• CNC furniture design downloads (2D, 2.5D, 3D)
• Contributor upload & earning facilities
• Subscription-based design packages

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs uploaded by contributors remain their intellectual property, but by uploading, you grant DesignXcnc the license to display and sell them on our platform.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content without permission.

5. Payment & Pricing

• Prices are clearly mentioned for each design or subscription package.
• Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways.
• No refund is applicable once a design is downloaded, except in case of duplicate charges or technical errors.

6. Contributor Earnings

• Contributors will receive commissions as per the agreed rate.
• Earnings will be disbursed to their verified bank or payment accounts on scheduled payout dates.

7. User Conduct

• Do not upload copyrighted, illegal, or plagiarized designs.
• Do not violate any laws while using the platform.
• Do not disrupt platform security or misuse any feature.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our platform in any way.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• This includes data loss, business interruption, or design misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in Bangladeshi courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies your agreement to the updated Terms.
